Ingredients
1 (6 oz.) can Orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 TBS. Fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. Lemon peel
2 TBS. Honey
4 tsp. Mild Chili Powder
1 tsp. Cumin, ground
1/2 tsp. Coriander, ground
1/2 tsp. Coarse Sea Salt
1/4 tsp. Pink peppercorns, ground
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil, lower heat and cook for 10 minutes or until reduced to 1/2 a cup.
