Ingredients
½ c. Sour cream
2/3 c. Greek yogurt
1 tsp. Lemon zest, grated
1 TBS. Fresh lemon juice
1 clove Garlic, crushed
1 ½ TBS. Olive oil
1 TBS. Sumac
½ tsp. Sel Gris
¼ tsp. Black Tellicherry Peppercorns, ground
Directions
Place all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well and chill until needed. If the flavor mellows, add additional sumac and lemon juice.
Recipe Notes
Use with turkey burgers and other poultry, as well as grilled vegetables and fritters.
