Nothing starts out a weekend brunch better than a Bloody Mary cocktail. This spice blend is inspired from many trips to New Orleans. It combines a reasonable level of heat with some smokiness, which blends well with the tomato juice, citrus, and vodka in the drink. It will no doubt become a favorite Bloody Mary mix. It also goes well on chicken. Ingredients: Smoked sweet paprika, Hungarian sweet paprika, ancho chili, Aleppo chili, Worcestershire powder, dried vinegar, celery seed, mustard seed, onion powder, black pepper, red pepper, and salt.
